What is Injection Molding?
Injection molding creates parts by injecting molten plastic or metal feedstock into a precision mold cavity. The material quickly cools and hardens, and the finished solid component is ejected from the mold. As the most popular manufacturing method for plastic parts, it offers unbeatable economics for mass production.
Unlike CNC machining or 3D printing, injection molding requires initial tooling investment. But after mold fabrication, per-unit costs fall sharply at high volumes, making it perfect for large-batch manufacturing.
We can process many types of materials: thermoplastics, thermosets, and certain metal feedstocks. Colorants and performance additives can be added to adjust part look and functionality. Using one fixed mold for all cycles guarantees consistent, repeatable quality across your entire order.

Custom Parts Injection Molding Services
We provide tailored injection molding services: custom molding, mold tooling, overmolding & insert molding. Full engineering support from DFM review, T1 sampling to mass production.
Overmolding
Equipped with 90–830 ton injection molding machines, we produce custom plastic prototypes and production parts. Compatible with a wide range of engineering plastics. We offer DFM process review and flexible production from low-volume trials to high-volume mass manufacturing.
Overmold plastic or elastomer onto base substrates to create multi-material composite components. Our engineers help assess material compatibility and bonding performance, and develop molds for functional parts such as grips, seals and insulation layers.

Material Consultation
Our team collaborates with you to pick the most suitable plastic material matching your project needs. Color pigments and performance additives can be mixed into raw materials to reach your target visual effect and mechanical properties.
Injection Forming Process
Raw plastic is heated to molten state, then forced into the mold cavity at high pressure. The flowing melted plastic fills the mold cavity and takes the shape of your component.
Cooling & Part Ejection
The plastic part cools down and hardens within the mold. When fully formed, ejector pins push the finished part out. The mold then shuts to start the next production cycle.
Post Processing & Quality Assurance
We provide secondary operations including gate trimming, surface treatments and simple assembly according to your demands. Every finished piece will be inspected strictly to match your drawing requirements.

Product Design Review
Share your component’s 3D CAD models and 2D engineering drawings with us. Our engineering team conducts a full DFM manufacturability assessment, providing optimization suggestions to adapt the design to injection molding production.
Mold Manufacturing
We build molds using steel or aluminum materials to guarantee consistent accuracy and stable mass production. After mold completion, we produce T1 prototype samples and send them over for your confirmation. Mass production will start once you approve the samples.
