Final-use flight components
Five-axis linked CNC milling is adopted for integral machining of aerospace hydraulic valve bodies and small load-bearing accessories of engine casings. Blanks are finished in a single setup to meet drawing tolerances and surface specifications without component splicing; the finished parts can be directly installed for service, suiting the development of high-precision aerospace components in single-piece or small-batch production.
Lightweight lattice grid components
High-speed milling is applied to machine hollow grid and sandwich lattice load-bearing structures. Topology optimization reduces weight while retaining structural rigidity. Such parts are commonly used for spacecraft cabin frames and underwing reinforcing spars of aircraft to achieve weight reduction and performance improvement.
Retrofit of existing parts
Manfengrui conducts localized configuration optimization on original structural components of mature aircraft models via precise supplemental milling, hole drilling and profile finishing with CNC. This process eliminates the need for new die forging blanks and enables rapid aircraft model iteration and airborne equipment retrofitting.
